I moved to the Lancaster area about 9 months ago and joined NCFIT. I could not be more grateful to Steve, the amazing coaching staff, and the other members for making this such an easy move. Everyone at NCFIT is so welcoming and not only ready to celebrate your fitness gains, but also support you through learning new moves or modifying workouts for an injury. This truly is a community- I genuinely look forward to coming in to get an incredible workout and spend time with people who I now consider great friends! If you are looking to learn something new, improve your fitness and nutrition, and be part of an awesome group of people- look no further!

FRVR FIT is truly one of the of the best gyms around! I have been in the fitness industry for a long time, and I can tell you that the coaches at this gym truly care about you as an individual, but also understand the fitness industry. If you are looking to try out a new gym, give this when I go! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

FRVR is the gym I have been looking for! The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and bring high energy! I love the challenging workouts and feel like I’m part of a workout family, everyone cheers you on and after a hard workout!

I have greatly benefited from FRVR Fit. The community is great and the coaches are awesome. The workouts are dynamic and anyone can jump right in and not feel left out, while also feeling a healthy motivation to push through. Much better than any other gym I’ve been to.

I've been in the PRIME class at FRVR Fit for less than a year and feel like a different person! Have dramatically increased my overall strength and cardio capacity, and don't even think about that lower back anymore :-) Dakota pushes each of us to work a little harder while giving good input on proper form. I have appreciated her knowledge many times...Our class also has a special group dynamic --so important to a fitness routine.

FRVR FIT is the best! The coaches are great. They make one feel special. Our PRIME group is made up of older people and we all love our coach Dakota. She pushes us to do our best. I gained strength and better balance in the year I’ve been going. Hoping to continue my health journey with this great establishment.

This fitness joint is full of good energy and team spirit. As a complete novice to the technical aspect of weightlifting I am very appreciative of their knowledgeable training. The workouts are scalable for any level of fitness and often end with some sort of intensity training. I would highly recommend you give them a shot.

I absolutely love the classes at FRVR fit!! The workouts are challenging but super rewarding. The community is great and I look forward to going to the gym now. I always struggled coming up with workouts myself and staying motivated but having set classes and coaches that keep you accountable has been super helpful. I've noticed myself getting stronger and improving at movements and have made many new friends. Highly recommend this gym if you are feeling stuck or bored with your fitness, the coaches are knowledgable and personable, very glad I made the switch to FRVR!

Joining FRVR FIT a year and a half ago was my first step into the CrossFit world, and it’s been an awesome experience. The group workouts, great community and helpful coaches all contribute to create something that’s become an important part of my life. I’ve seen results in my conditioning, consistency and I’ve really enjoyed learning more of the technical lifting aspects as well. And we love the monthly kids classes too!
